A downloadable game

This is still a rough version so the pause menu has not been implemented. use Alt+Tab to exit out.

You are a benevolent witch who wins every year at the Magical Country Fair. This year however, your jealous neighbor has shrunken you down to the size of a bug so you can't win the competition! But hope is not lost you have a secret growth formula you can use to return yourself to your original size!

Now you just need to figure out how to reach it...

Try to keep your tiny garden alive, bugs will attack your plants and you will need to give your plants water and sunlight. You can "harvest" the plants with the sparkle magic and for now that basically resets them. Be careful with the fire spell as that can kill your plants then you will have to harvest them and start over, but it does do more damage to the bugs!

You goal is to find a way to make it to the green potion on the left side of the greenhouse, tend and protect your plants to buy essence to progress!

The current build still has some issues, use F instead of E to buy access to new areas and you can make a small amount (2) of essence by harvesting plants continuously. Sometimes the build decides to glitch out and character animations are disabled.

  • The idea is really neat.  There is some pretty fertile ground here for a fun game.
  • It was difficult to tell when i was hitting the enemy flies. If they were 1 hit kills, i guess i was missing them a lot. If they had more than 1 hp, it would be nice to see their health.
    • Is there a reason to use different attacks on the bugs? (why would i ever use fire if it can damage my plant) But the different attacks does mean you can make bugs that are resistant to certain attacks.
  • Having more plants that you had to tend would help aid in the frantic feeling.
    • It would also be good to see your progress on growing the plant. I was never sure if i should just be dousing these plants with the element i saw or if just one shot is enough and time handles the rest.
    • Lastly, I’m not sure why you have to “ironsight” to attack.
